Katrina was born and raised in San Antonio and decided in the fourth grade to be a lawyer.  For over 27 years, Katrina has represented businesses exclusively in the area of corporate law.  Prior to starting her own firm, she served as General Counsel and head of Human Resources to publicly traded and privately held companies.  As a C-suite executive of the companies, Katrina was integral in shaping corporate strategic direction and actively participated in the growth of these companies.  She has successfully negotiated thousands of contracts ranging in value to over $300M.   Because of her depth of experience, Katrina can assist her clients not only with transactional issues, but also with operational and employment issues, risk management, compliance issues, and general corporate matters.  She believes in a cost-effective and practical approach to legal matters.  With many years of experience, Katrina is a trusted advisor to her clients and values highly the personal relationships she has built with her clients.
